Privacy Policy
Last updated:
RegenerateMX arranges medical consultations and regenerative medicine programmes delivered by independently licensed physicians in León, Mexico. We are a medical concierge, not the treating clinic. This policy explains what happens to the information you send us.
What we collect
- Details you give us. Name, email address, phone number, city, and the treatment goal or health concerns you choose to describe when you request a consultation.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp — for security and to keep the site running. These logs are not combined with the health information above.
Health information is handled separately
Anything you tell us about your health is treated as sensitive information. It is used only to arrange your consultation and to assess whether a programme is appropriate for you. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or marketing segmentation, and we do not sell it to anyone.
No advertising trackers
We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising or cross-site tracking script on this site. We do not use cookies to follow you around the web. Any aggregate traffic statistics we review are collected without cookies, without device fingerprinting, and without identifying individual visitors.
Who we share it with
- The treating clinic, so a licensed physician can review your case and determine eligibility. They operate under their own professional confidentiality obligations.
- Our booking provider (Calendly), which schedules the consultation and handles the scheduling details you submit.
- Nobody else, unless required by Mexican law, a court order, or to protect against fraud.
Where your data lives
Clinical treatment is delivered in Mexico, so your information may be processed there. Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) applies to data handled in Mexico. Contact us and we will tell you where a specific piece of information is held.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not proceed to treatment are deleted within 24 months. If you become a patient, records follow the retention schedule the treating clinic is required to follow under Mexican law, which can run for many years.
Your rights, including in Mexico
You may ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, withdraw consent, or ask us to delete it. Under LFPDPPP you may also request that your data be moved to another provider (portabilidad). To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will not penalise you for exercising a right.
Medical advice disclaimer
This website is for general information only. It is not medical advice, and no clinician-patient relationship exists until a licensed physician actually evaluates you. Nothing here promises a particular outcome. Regenerative medicine is experimental, is not FDA-approved in the United States, and carries real risks. Deciding whether to proceed is a decision for you and your physician together, after a full clinical review.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
